Since 1924, Kaivalyadhama has preserved the integrity and purity of the ancient Sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda as taught by Patanjali and his predecessors.
As the popularity of Yoga has spread throughout the West, the need for deeply trained instructors has never been greater. This collaboration brings that depth to our land here in the Sierra Nevada, offering Level 1 through 3 on-site at Still Mountain with visiting Kaivalyadhama teachers.

The training is broken into 4 separate levels with both online and on-site study, designed as a self-paced platform to meet your personal time requirements.
Complete the online e-learning platform and self-study module over approximately one year, at your own pace.
Two-week residential intensive at Still Mountain, California or at Kaivalyadhama in India, followed by assessment.
Receive certification from Kaivalyadhama and proceed to Level Two — Three — Four at your own pace.

An Ayurvedacharya with a master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy (M.S. con-psy), bringing an integrative approach to mind-body wellness.
A first ranker at the diploma course in 1989 at Kaivalyadhama, Shilpa Joshi has been actively engaged in teaching Traditional Yogic Texts for more than 30 years.
Practitioner and Ayurvedic consultant. Completed his Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.
One of the senior-most teachers at Kaivalyadhama, with nearly 40 years of experience in the field of Yoga.
