Property Caretaker

Live-on-Site

Live on the land and help keep it running — general handyman work, irrigation, landscaping, gardening, and small construction projects as they arise.

We're looking for someone reliable, handy, and genuinely at home outdoors — someone who takes pride in caring for a place that many people pass through and call sacred.

Combining the Caretaker and Housekeeping roles is also perfect for a couple looking to live in nature together.

Our luxury boutique retreat is a work of art, and we're looking for someone who treats housekeeping the same way — with care, consistency, and pride.

Volunteer Stay

Short-Term · Min 4 Weeks

We offer short-term opportunities for those interested in organic farming, permaculture, landscaping, mural painting, creative projects, or small construction work.

In exchange you will receive:

Accommodation or camping site on the property
Quality vegetarian/vegan meals
Morning yoga and pranayama practice
Full access to 240 acres of land
30 hours of work per week (plenty of free time)
Community with like-minded, spiritually-minded people
