Who We Are

A Place Held by Stillness

When we first stepped onto this land over twelve years ago, we were met by a deep stillness and an immediate sense of coming home. For years before moving here full-time, every time we arrived on the property, that same stillness greeted us, and the tiredness of daily life simply disappeared. That personal experience inspired us to open this sanctuary so others could feel that same rest.

Still Mountain Wellness Retreat is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit sanctuary. Our retreat center operates through the support of dedicated volunteers from around the world who help teach, farm, care for the land, and support our guests.

Our all-inclusive retreats combine yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, somatic healing, breathwork, and organic, plant-based meals to help you recover from stress and burnout.

As a nonprofit, 100% of our proceeds go directly back into our mission. We fund land stewardship programs, including soil regeneration, habitat preservation, and erosion control, to restore and protect our 240-acre property.

Through community partnerships, we also offer scholarship programs for individuals recovering from trauma and abuse, providing a safe environment to rebuild confidence and regain strength.

Land & Stewardship

Rooted in the Earth

Through hands-on programs, guests of all ages can connect with nature, learn practical land stewardship, and explore sustainable farming practices.

Our farm grows fresh, organic produce and herbs used directly in our retreat kitchen. To restore and care for our 240 acres, we partner with leading conservation organizations, including the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Point Blue Conservation Science, and the Roots Project. Together, our community members and volunteers come together to grow organic food, care for the ecosystem, and build sustainable living skills.
