Payment

Deposit

A deposit is due upon booking. Balance is due 30 days in advance. As soon as we receive the payment, we will confirm the receipt from info@vshr.org.

A quick note on the fees applied when making your trip payments through our platform:

WeTravel Fee A 1% fee applies to all transactions for secure and efficient payment processing.
Credit Card Payments If you choose to pay by credit card, an additional 2.9% processing fee applies for U.S.-issued Visa and Mastercard, and 3.9% for AMEX. This is added on top of the WeTravel fee.
Bank Transfer (ACH) This option does not add any extra processing fee beyond the standard WeTravel fee.

Remaining Balance

Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timing Refund

60+ days before start date 100% refund

45–60 days before start date 50% refund

0–45 days before start date No refund

Transfers

We allow a one-time option to move your booking to a future retreat. This must be done 45 days or more in advance of the original retreat.

Administration Fee

If you cancel, there is a non-refundable one-time administration fee of $150 once you have booked.

Processing Fees

Credit card processing fees, PayPal/Venmo fees cannot be refunded, as they are not refunded back to us.

Vedanta Spiritual & Holistic Retreat is DBA STILL MOUNTAIN Wellness Retreat, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and holistic living programs in a peaceful natural setting. 100% of all donations and retreat fees support participant wellbeing and the care of our land. Our retreat is sustained entirely by volunteers, dedicated to creating a sanctuary for peace, healing, and connection.
