Payment

Deposit

A deposit is due upon booking. Balance is due 30 days in advance. As soon as we receive the payment, we will confirm the receipt from info@vshr.org.

A quick note on the fees applied when making your trip payments through our platform:

WeTravel Fee A 1% fee applies to all transactions for secure and efficient payment processing.
Credit Card Payments If you choose to pay by credit card, an additional 2.9% processing fee applies for U.S.-issued Visa and Mastercard, and 3.9% for AMEX. This is added on top of the WeTravel fee.
Bank Transfer (ACH) This option does not add any extra processing fee beyond the standard WeTravel fee.

Remaining Balance

Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

We know plans can change. A $100 non-refundable administration fee applies if you cancel; transfers and name changes are free.

When You Cancel What You Receive

60+ days before retreat Full refund, less $100 admin fee

30–59 days before retreat 50% refund, less $100 admin fee

0–29 days before retreat No refund — 50% credit valid 12 months

Transfers

Move your booking once to a future retreat, at no cost, up to 14 days before your original start date.

Send Someone in Your Place

Transfer your spot to another person at any time before the retreat, at no cost, provided they complete our intake form.

Processing Fees

Credit card processing fees cannot be refunded, as they are not returned to us by payment processors.

Vedanta Spiritual & Holistic Retreat is DBA STILL MOUNTAIN Wellness Retreat, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and holistic living programs in a peaceful natural setting. 100% of all donations and retreat fees support participant wellbeing and the care of our land. Our retreat is sustained entirely by volunteers, dedicated to creating a sanctuary for peace, healing, and connection.
