We know plans can change. This policy is designed to keep things fair and simple, and to give you as many ways as possible to still join us.

Administration Fee

When you book, $100 of your payment is a non-refundable administration fee. It covers booking, intake review and preparation for your stay. It applies only if you cancel; transfers and name changes are free.

If You Cancel

When You Cancel What You Receive

60 or more days before the retreat Full refund, less the $100 administration fee

30 to 59 days before the retreat 50% refund, less the $100 administration fee

0 to 29 days before the retreat No refund, but 50% of your payment as credit toward any Still Mountain retreat within 12 months

Transfers

You may move your booking once to a future retreat, at no cost, up to 14 days before your original start date.

Send Someone in Your Place

You can transfer your spot to another person at any time before the retreat, at no cost, as long as they complete our intake form.

If We Cancel

If Still Mountain cancels a retreat for any reason, including wildfire, weather or road closures, you'll receive a full refund, including the administration fee, or a full credit toward a future retreat if you prefer.

Travel Insurance

We recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, in case something unexpected prevents you from attending.
